Preparation
- First, make a mint oil by blending mint leaves, garlic, and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the slices of sourdough bread until golden brown and crispy.
- Place the toasted sourdough on four plates.
- Evenly spread the smashed avocado over the toast.
- Place the burrata balls on top of the avocado.
- Grate lemon zest over each plate for a fresh flavor.
- Drizzle the mint and garlic oil generously over the burrata and toast.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
