Rock Chives® is the Koppert Cress brand name for an edible plant. Rock Chives is characterized by the black cap on the cress, which is the seed husk. The husk gives the product a playful appearance. Rock Chives has a fine garlic flavor, which goes well with herb butter, oil, or tzatziki. Additionally, the cress also pairs well with warm vegetable, fish, and meat dishes.
