These octopus tentacles are steamed in their own juices, a modern method based on a 100-year-old tradition from Spanish Galicia. Only the best and freshest octopuses are used. They are vacuum-sealed in bags and cooked at a low temperature for a long time. Due to this slow cooking, the octopus loses its juice, which you can see in the bags. This preparation method ensures a tender texture and a full flavor. You can heat the tentacles in the bag for 5 minutes in boiling water, or without the bag in the microwave. It is also delicious to place the tentacles on a skewer and grill them on the barbecue.
