Preparation

  1. Blend anchovies in a blender and mix to taste with soft butter.

  1. Add a little miso yuzu to soft unsalted butter to taste. This creates a deliciously fresh umami butter.

  1. Blend sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor and mix to taste with soft unsalted butter.

  1. Season soft butter with a little truffle salsa.
