Preparation
- Peel the potato and turn it into spaghetti using the spiralizer.
- Place in cold water in the refrigerator.
- Make a batter from the beer batter, water, Tabasco, and ras el hanout to taste.
- Mix the Kewpie, guacamole, Tabasco, and salt to taste.
- Coat the potato spaghetti in the batter and fry for about 3 minutes at 180°C.
- Sprinkle with some extra ras el hanout for added flavor.
- Serve the spaghetti in a bowl with a separate bowl of the avocado-sriracha mayonnaise.
- Top with chopped red onion.
