Monin Caribbean rum syrup
Rum
Savarin Baba
chocolate brownie ice cream
rum raisins
Whipped cream
brownie pieces

Preparation

Step 1

  1. Mix the rum syrup and the rum.
  2. Soak the baba in this until it is soft.
  3. Scoop a ball of chocolate brownie ice cream on top.
  4. Garnish with rum raisins, whipped cream, and brownie pieces.
