Brioche buns
Crème de la Crème pistachio ice cream

Preparation

  1. Cut the brioche buns in half.
  2. Scoop a generous scoop of pistachio ice cream onto the bottom half of each brioche bun.
  3. Carefully place the top half of each brioche bun on the ice cream to form a sandwich.
