100gBBQ Pommery mustard
15gCane sugar
60mlApple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth with an immersion blender until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Then place the sauce in the refrigerator for a while to allow the flavors to infuse.
