10ggarlic puree
2yellow bell peppers
190gSpanish tomato and roasted pepper soup
2Red bell peppers
1Eggplant
600gPulled pork
1Leek

Preparation

  1. Bring two liters of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the weighed soup powder.
  2. Add the garlic and let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Roast the vegetables in the oven, grill, or BBQ.
  4. Heat the pulled pork in the oven.
  5. Peel the peppers and the leek and cut them together with the eggplant into pieces.
  6. Ladle the soup into the soup cups.
  7. Divide the roasted vegetables together with the pulled pork over the soup.
