50gChili oil
180gTurkish lentil soup
1Tray of Melissa cress
1Tray of Ghoa cress

Preparation

  1. Bring two liters of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the weighed soup powder.
  2. Let the soup simmer gently for 8 minutes.
  3. Ladle the soup into bowls and finish with the cress.
  4. Serve the soup with flatbread and chili tapenade.
