Preparation
- Bring two liters of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the weighed soup powder.
- Add the corn kernels and the lemongrass puree and let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the surimi and divide it among the soup bowls.
- Ladle the soup into the soup bowls and garnish with the basil and the popcorn.
