3Sprigs of mint
130gKnorr Professional Moroccan harira soup
1gSalted lemon
10Coriander sprigs

Preparation

  1. Bring two liters of water to a boil and add the soup powder while stirring.
  2. Add the chickpeas and let the soup simmer gently for 8 minutes.
  3. Pick the coriander and mint and chop coarsely.
  4. Finely chop the peel of the preserved lemon.
  5. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with the chopped coriander and finely chopped preserved lemon peel.
