Serving tip: add a little soy sauce to enhance the flavor of the soup.

Ingredients

100gSnow peas
3Spring onion stalks
160gKnorr Professional Japanese soup
5gSoy sauce
1gTogarashi
1Tray of shiso purple
800gInstant udon noodles
1gRoasted sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Bring two liters of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the soup powder and soy sauce.
  2. Let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Clean the snow peas, cut into pieces, and blanch.
  4. Cut the spring onion into fine julienne and briefly dip the noodles in boiling water.
  5. Divide the noodles and snow peas among the bowls.
  6. Ladle the soup into the bowls and finish with spring onion julienne, purple shiso, sesame seeds, and the togarashi.
