400gSalmon fillet
500gSoba noodles
200gshiitake
400gSugar snaps
Vegetable oil
1Sesame seeds
fresh ginger, finely chopped
1chili flakes
2ketjap manis
fresh coriander or flat-leaf parsley
1Sea salt
Preparation
- Prepare the soba noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry the shiitake mushrooms, then set aside.
- Stir-fry the sugar snaps in the same pan.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and briefly sear the salmon on both sides.
- Add the ginger, shiitake, and ketjap, and fry for another minute.
- Serve the noodles with the salmon and sugar snaps.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, chili flakes, and coriander.
