2units.itemsspring onions, sliced into strips

75gshiitake
4cashew nuts
250gspelt noodles
1units.itemsred chili pepper, thinly sliced rings
1Soy sauce

Preparation
- Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the tofu into small cubes, dry them well and sprinkle with salt. Fry or bake in sunflower oil until golden brown.
- Remove the stems from the shiitake and cut them into strips.
- Heat a wok with a little oil and fry the shiitake.
- Add the stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry for a while.
- Add the noodles and season with chili sauce and soy sauce.
- Just before serving, add the fried tofu and sprinkle with cashew nuts and chili pepper rings.
