Bisque with fennel and shrimp

Ingredients

200gFennel
Clarified butter
300gShrimp
1brioche bread
200gKnorr Professional Bisque soup
3Spring onion stalks
1bunches of watercress

Preparation

  1. Bring two liters of water to a boil and add the soup powder while stirring.
  2. Let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the shrimp into small pieces and add them to the soup.
  4. Clean the fennel, cut into brunoise, and blanch.
