Preparation
- Prepare the dough for the pizza base as indicated in the basic recipe (see basic recipe at the bottom of the page). However, use beet juice instead of water and dissolve 20 grams of horseradish in the beet juice.
- Make a sauce based on crème fraîche and horseradish.
- Spoon the sauce over the pizza base, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, and bake in the oven.
- Top the pizza with smoked salmon, mackerel, furikake, and pieces of smoked beetroot.
