Crunchy cauliflower bites
Garden cress
Cishew unsalted cashew crunch
Suiker lettuce
Mini vegan brioche rolls white
200gOyster sauce
100ghoisin sauce
50gBlack bean sauce
Preparation
- Let the rolls thaw and then bake them for a few minutes in the oven at 200°C.
- Cut the rolls crosswise so they open up nicely.
- Make the sauce by blending all the ingredients with a hand blender.
- Fry the cauliflower and then coat it well with the sauce.
- Fill the rolls with some lettuce and distribute the cauliflower over it.
- Garnish with cashew crunch and garden cress.
