Mushroom soup

This mushroom soup comes from Valkenburg. We combine the soup with tortellini and celery leaves.

Ingredients

30units.itemstortellini filled with ham
750gChestnut mushrooms
Phase with Natural Butter flavour
Salt and pepper
20gcelery leaves, finely chopped
200gKnorr Superieur Mushroom Soup

Preparation

  1. Bring two liters of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the measured soup powder.
  2. Let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook the tortellini in water with a little salt until al dente.
  4. Slice the chestnut mushrooms and fry them in some Phase.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and add the celery leaves.
  6. Add the fried chestnut mushrooms to the soup.
  7. Divide the tortellini among the bowls and ladle the soup over them.
