Lemon slices ‘limoncello & chocolate’

Our chef makes these lemon slices from white chocolate, limoncello, sheet gelatin, and cream. Use the ‘limone’ silicone mold for this.

This recipe is part of Plateau de Fruits de desserts. An impressive combination of beautiful desserts and a surprising twist on the classic ‘fruits de mer’.

Ingredients

300gCream
115gWhite chocolate
35gLimoncello
3gSoaked leaf gelatin
Silicone mold limone

Preparation

  1. Heat the cream with the limoncello.
  2. Dissolve the soaked gelatin in it.
  3. Pour warm over the chocolate and mix until all the chocolate is dissolved.
  4. Pour into the molds, let cool, and then place in the freezer.
