150gLemon juice
2Vanilla powder

Preparation

  1. Mix everything well with a whisk and then whip in the Kitchenaid.
  2. Spread out thinly (use a stencil if necessary).
  3. Dry at 58°C in the oven or dehydrator (4 to 5 hours).
