
Egg-citing Sunny Power Salad

Preparation
- Cut the sugar lettuce and divide it together with the snow pea tendril over two plates as the base of the salad.
- Keep the poached egg warm at 50°C in the packaging for 4 minutes.
- Add the Cuisin' Easy Indian Summer to the plates, on top of the sugar lettuce and snow pea tendril.
- Place the poached egg in the center of the salad.
- Add the Andalouse sauce and Caesar dressing over the salad and top with dried black olive pieces, apricots, and cranberries, and garnish with snow pea tendril.
- Break the Pergamena di pane into pieces and place on the salad for a crunchy bite.
