Double Chicken Burger

Crispy chicken burger on brioche, with pulled chicken, with a salsa of, among others, celery, apple, and barbecue sauce. Approximate cost price per person: €3.63.

Chicken is increasingly taking center stage, as in this crispy chicken burger. Served on brioche and topped with pulled chicken, a salsa of celery and apple, apple-barbecue sauce, and celery leaves.

50gPulled chicken
25gRed cabbage with apple

Preparation

  1. Remove the strings from the celery and slice into pieces.
  2. Cut the Granny Smith into cubes.
  3. Mix together and immediately combine with the Kewpie mayonnaise to prevent discoloration. Season with salt and pepper.

  1. Heat the pulled chicken and stir in the barbecue sauce.
  2. Fry the burger.
  3. Defrost the brioche bun and briefly warm in the oven.
  4. Serve the celery salsa on the bottom, place the fried burger on top.
  5. Let the red cabbage drain. Serve the pulled chicken on the burger, and top with the red cabbage.
