Preparation
- Drain the liquid from the corn.
- Sauté the corn in a hot pan with a little oil.
- Finely chop the peppers.
- Mix the corn in a bowl with the peppers and mayonnaise.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the celery and cut into small pieces.
- Bring the water with vinegar and sugar to a boil.
- Let cool and vacuum seal with the celery to marinate.
- Cook the chicken pieces.
- Fry the pappadum until crispy.
- Cover the pappadum with the salad.
- Top with the chicken pieces and celery.
