Ingredients

300gOpperdoezer Ronde
100gMilk
50gclarified butter

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes in water with salt.
  2. Press the potatoes through a sieve and mix with the milk and clarified butter.
  3. Put in a siphon and aerate with two cartridges, keep warm au bain-marie at a maximum of 65°C.
