
Flammkuchen with baby potatoes, bacon and egg
Less is more; that is our message for a delicious flammkuchen.Always use a fatty crème fraîche for flammkuchen. Delicious in taste, but also practical. Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250˚C.

Flammkuchen
Mini baby potatoes
Crème fraîche
Leek
lean bacon bits
Red onion
Egg
Preparation
- Spread the flammkuchen with a thin layer of crème fraîche.
- Cut the leek into thin rings and sprinkle them over the flammkuchen.
- Slice the sweet potato as thinly as possible and distribute the slices.
- Place the shrimp on the flammkuchen.
- Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250 ˚C.
- Add some wasabi mayonnaise to the flammkuchen and sprinkle the wakame over it.
