Flat croissant

Ingredients

White chocolate
Yogurt crunch
Fine sugar
Unbaked croissants
Mango & passion crunch
pistachio crunch

Preparation

  1. Let the croissants thaw (about 15 minutes outside the refrigerator).
  2. Press both sides into fine sugar, place on baking paper, cover with a second sheet of baking paper and a baking tray. Flatten the dough.
  3. Leave the baking tray on top and bake the croissants until crispy and golden brown in the oven at 170-180ÀöC.
  4. Let cool and dip in, for example, white chocolate.
  5. Top with a sweet crunch such as yogurt, mango and passion fruit, or pistachio.
  • Chef's tip: Want to make a savory flat croissant? Then do not coat them in sugar, bake them as you would the sweet version, but brush with herb butter after baking.
