Brioche is a bread of French origin with a slightly sweet taste and cake-like texture. Delicious for ‘soaking’ in a mixture of milk and flour, frying, and then topping with, for example, fried chicken.Ingredients

Panko
Stoere jongen pan brioche
Flour
Bibigo fried chicken
Spring onion
Avocado mayonnaise
Korean spicy tare
Sesame seeds
Preparation
- Bake the thawed bread for about 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
- Make a thick yogurt batter from milk and flour and soak a slice of brioche (remove the crusts) in it, then coat with panko.
- Fry at 180°C until it has a nice golden brown layer (keep turning for even cooking).
- Cut a thin slice from the bread and you can fill it. For example, Korean style with Bibigo fried chicken (seasoned with tare), avocado mayonnaise, spring onion, and sesame seeds.
