7.5gGranulated sugar
45mlFour Roses Small Batch bourbon whiskey
200gWhipped cream
marshmallows
15gChocolate
400gIcing sugar
15mlVanilla extract
Chocolate syrup
0.5Cayenne pepper
Preparation
- Mix the sugar and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan.
- Add the milk, chocolate, and vanilla extract.
- Bring to a boil while stirring until fully combined and the chocolate is melted.
- Remove from the heat.
- Pour the Four Roses Bourbon whiskey into a glass and add the warm chocolate mixture.
- Mix the powdered sugar into the whipped cream and top the hot chocolate.
- Garnish with a chili pepper, marshmallows, and chocolate syrup.
