
Jameson Irish coffee
When it comes to coffee drinks, there is nothing as typically Irish as the addition of a drop of Irish Whiskey to make a cold winter evening more pleasant.Recipe for 1 serving.Ingredients
100mlPernod
1units.itemsvanilla or cinnamon stick
Grated nutmeg
90mlEspresso
30ml(chilled) whipped cream
35mlJameson original
10mlSugar syrup
Preparation
- Stir the sugar syrup into the whiskey in a preheated glass.
- Whip the cream gently until light and stiff.
- Add coffee to the whiskey.
- Pour the cream over the back of a spoon into the coffee so it floats on top.
- Garnish with a cut vanilla pod or cinnamon stick and dust with fresh nutmeg.
