Splash of olive oil
1Mango curry
1Greek yogurt

500gPeeled shrimp
1mango chutney

Preparation

  1. Place the shrimp on a plate and generously sprinkle with mango curry.
  2. Add salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Mix well so they are evenly seasoned.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the mango chutney, diced fresh mango, and Greek yogurt.
  5. Stir until you have a smooth, creamy, and fruity sauce.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and are lightly golden at the edges.
  8. Serve the shrimp warm, with a spoonful of the mango-yogurt sauce.
  9. Serving tip: delicious with basmati rice or grilled vegetables, or skewer the fried shrimp on cocktail sticks and serve as an original appetizer.
