Preparation

- Mix well so they are evenly seasoned.
- In a small bowl, combine the mango chutney, diced fresh mango, and Greek yogurt.
- Stir until you have a smooth, creamy, and fruity sauce.

- Fry the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and are lightly golden at the edges.
