Mixed tomato salad with fennel, celery, and lovage

Fresh salad with lovage, a wonderful flavor enhancer that is also sometimes used as a salt substitute.This tomato salad also uses Hellmann’s Classic Dressing. Recipe for 10 people.

Ingredients

10gLovage
200gCelery
200gFennel
3kgMixed tomatoes
2Hellmann's Dressing Classic
2units.itemssprig of basil

Preparation

  1. Clean the fennel and celery and slice them thinly on the mandoline.
  2. Place the sliced fennel and celery in ice water.
  3. Clean the tomatoes and cut them into pieces as desired.
  4. Finely chop the lovage and mix it with the dressing.
  5. Divide the sliced tomatoes over the bowls.
  6. Add the crispy fennel and celery and spoon the dressing over the salad.
  7. Finish the salad with some basil leaves.
