Sunflower oil
280gKewpie mayonnaise
50kimchi base
chili stripes
Furikake
katsuobushi
lime-coriander mayonnaise
Preparation
- Sprinkle the whole tuna with some salt.
- Seared the tuna with a blowtorch.
- Portion into nice slices.
- Mix the kimchi base with the kewpie mayonnaise.
- Place the kimchi mayonnaise on a plate and put the tuna on top.
- Finish the dish with katsuobushi, chili strips, furikake, and lime-coriander mayonnaise.
