Hummus & Burrata Board

A vegetarian ‘board’ is a must-have. This board is made with homemade hummus, accompanied by burrata, coriander, pomegranate, and baharat.

Recipe for approximately 3 boards for 2 people.

Ingredients

500gcooked & peeled chickpeas
114gTahini
75mlWater
50gBurrata
Coriander
2Pomegranate seeds
1Baharat
Flammkuchen fries

Preparation

  1. Blend the chickpeas, tahini, and water until smooth in the food processor.
  2. Spread on a board and garnish each board with burrata, coriander, and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Serve with flammkuchen fries (briefly deep-fried), sprinkled with baharat.
