Nutella Dessert Board

A dessert board? Absolutely! Made from cream, mascarpone, cocoa powder, and Nutella. Garnished with pieces of Koetjesreep and meringue, rice crispies, and honey cress.

Recipe for approximately 3 boards for 2 people.

Ingredients

250gQimiQ whip
250gDebic Cream + Mascarpone
1dark cocoa powder
5Nutella
2units.itemsMini Koetjes bars
2units.itemsMeringue
0.5Rice crispies
honey cress
cantuccini

Preparation

  1. Whip the QimiQ with the cream plus until soft peaks form.
  2. While whipping, add the cocoa powder and Nutella.
  3. Spread the mixture over the board and garnish with pieces of Koetjes reep, meringue, rice crispies, and honey cress.
  4. Serve the board with Italian cantuccini cookies.
