Vitello Tonnato Board

The spread itself consists of cream, tuna, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Garnished with vitello carpaccio, cornichons, olives, croutons, and finely chopped red chili pepper.

Recipe for 2 boards for 2 people.

Ingredients

180gcanned tuna in oil
50gSour cream
1Parsley
0.5units.itemslemon (the juice)
Pepper
Salt
70gVitello carpaccio
Cornichons
black and green olives
mini croutons
Red chili
Italian crackers

Preparation

  1. Loosen the QimiQ.
  2. While whisking, add the tuna oil until smooth.
  3. Then mix in the sour cream, tuna, lemon juice, and parsley.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread on the board.
  6. Arrange the vitello carpaccio on top.
  7. Garnish with olives, croutons, cornichons, and red pepper.
  8. Serve with thin Italian crackers.
