Korean Poké bowl

This Pulled Oats recipe is for approximately 25 people.

Pulled Oats® is the plant-based alternative to meat. This meat substitute is made from only five ingredients (!): oats, fava beans, peas, and a little oil and salt. The product has a nice bite and a neutral flavor; this allows every chef to give it their own twist! This versatile meat substitute is delicious both cold and warm, for example in wraps, as an addition to a burrito bowl, for making a vegetarian Bolognese sauce, or great for stir-frying!
