Ingredients

130globster bisque
30gButter
65gFlour
200gcooked prawn
1gRas el Hanout
1Egg
150gMashed potatoes

Preparation

  1. Heat the lobster bisque with the butter and ras el hanout until the butter is melted.
  2. Add the flour and mix into a dough ball (off the heat).
  3. Mix in the egg and mashed potatoes.
  4. Chop the prawn into pieces, add them, and mix well.
  5. Use an ice cream scoop to make round balls and chill well.
  6. Fry at 180°C in oil until they float and are light brown.
  7. Serve with a tasty dipping sauce.
