1gRas el Hanout
1Egg
150gMashed potatoes
Preparation
- Heat the lobster bisque with the butter and ras el hanout until the butter is melted.
- Add the flour and mix into a dough ball (off the heat).
- Mix in the egg and mashed potatoes.
- Chop the prawn into pieces, add them, and mix well.
- Use an ice cream scoop to make round balls and chill well.
- Fry at 180°C in oil until they float and are light brown.
- Serve with a tasty dipping sauce.
