
Mini brioche with bacon and honey
Brioche is a delicious sweet bread, light and airy thanks to the use of extra butter and eggs.The mini version in this recipe exudes pure luxury. Delicious combination of brie, bacon, and hazelnuts. A true taste sensation.
Ingredients
31/2 teaspoon honey
3slices of bacon
3small slices of brie
3teaspoon chopped, roasted hazelnuts
3units.itemsBussing mini brioches
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 160-180°C.
- Cut the tops off the mini brioches and place a piece of brie in between.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around the brioche and secure with a cocktail stick.
- Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until the bacon has a nice color.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with honey and roasted hazelnuts.
