Mini brioche with bacon and honey

Brioche is a delicious sweet bread, light and airy thanks to the use of extra butter and eggs.

The mini version in this recipe exudes pure luxury. Delicious combination of brie, bacon, and hazelnuts. A true taste sensation.

Ingredients

31/2 teaspoon honey
3slices of bacon
3small slices of brie
3teaspoon chopped, roasted hazelnuts
3units.itemsBussing mini brioches

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160-180°C.
  2. Cut the tops off the mini brioches and place a piece of brie in between.
  3. Wrap a slice of bacon around the brioche and secure with a cocktail stick.
  4. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until the bacon has a nice color.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with honey and roasted hazelnuts.
