Ingredients

250mlWhole milk
50mlDisaronno Velvet
200gWhite chocolate ice cream
Milkshaker

3Liquid panna cotta
2Peach purée

Lime zest

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in the milkshake machine until a creamy milkshake.

  1. Mix the panna cotta and peach puree well together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a siphon and charge with one cartridge.

  1. Pour the milkshake into a small glass.
  2. Pipe the peach espuma on top.
  3. Garnish with lime zest and serve.
