250gQimiQ whip pastry cream
2Icing sugar
1Banoffee curd
250gLightly whipped cream
Tartelette crispy cup gold
Salted caramel pearls
Preparation
- Fill small silicone half-sphere molds with the popsicle mixture and freeze until solid.
- Loosen the QimiQ in the food processor with the powdered sugar and banoffee curd.
- Whip the mixture until airy and add the semi-whipped cream.
- Pipe the banoffee curd mousse into the tartelettes.
- Place the popsicle on top.
- Garnish with the salted caramel pearls.
