Moink balls skewers

A well-known barbecue snack We grill the moink balls on the barbecue with a delicious honey barbecue sauce.

Ingredients

450gbeef mince or half-and-half mince
2Worcester sauce
1Egg
livar smoked bacon
Magic Seasoning
honey barbecue sauce

Preparation

  1. Mix the minced meat with the Magic Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and the egg until smooth.
  2. Form into balls and wrap them in slices of smoked bacon.
  3. Sprinkle some more Magic Seasoning over the balls.
  4. Cook the balls in the oven at 180°C.
  5. Brush the balls with honey barbecue sauce, skewer them, and grill on the barbecue.
