
Oregano tear-and-share bread
Sharing bread for two with airy red beet cream, basil oil, and cultured butter with fresh herbs.Ingredients

Olive oil
Herb butter

Kimchi Sesame
Cream cheese with beetroot
Preparation
- Let the herb butter come to room temperature. Whip the butter until fluffy in a food processor.
- Loosen the cream cheese with a whisk. Mix olive oil with oregano to taste.
- Brush the rolls with the oil and oregano.
- Bake the bread at 200°C for about 8 minutes.
- Serve the bread with the herb butter, cream cheese, and basil oil.
- Optionally add kimchi sesame to the cream cheese and serve some spring onion on the herb butter.
