Oregano tear-and-share bread

Sharing bread for two with airy red beet cream, basil oil, and cultured butter with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Spring onion
basil oil
Oregano
Olive oil
Herb butter
1Pull-apart bread
Kimchi Sesame
Cream cheese with beetroot

Preparation

  1. Let the herb butter come to room temperature. Whip the butter until fluffy in a food processor.
  2. Loosen the cream cheese with a whisk. Mix olive oil with oregano to taste.
  3. Brush the rolls with the oil and oregano.
  4. Bake the bread at 200°C for about 8 minutes.
  5. Serve the bread with the herb butter, cream cheese, and basil oil.
  6. Optionally add kimchi sesame to the cream cheese and serve some spring onion on the herb butter.
