Pandan meringue

Crispy, airy meringue with pandan extract and a subtle green color.

Ingredients

1Drop of pandan paste
150gPandan leaf extract
300gSilvia egg white powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Whip the mixture until light and airy.
  3. Pipe the mixture onto drying mats.
  4. Let dry in the (drying) oven at 70°C for about 4 hours.
