Ingredients

40gPandan leaf extract
15gOlive oil
100gTuillemix sweet

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk until you have a smooth, spreadable batter.
  2. Spread the batter thinly in a silicone mold.
  3. Bake the tuiles in the oven at 170°C for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
