Ramen with chicken thigh meat and miso ginger

Soup + salad = ramen. Very flavorful and easy to prepare. We made this with chicken thigh meat, miso, and ginger.

Ingredients

4Chicken stock
2Dashi
100gchicken thigh meat
1Tomato
1Soy sauce
1miso ginger
100gthick udon noodles
1Sesame oil
1Portobello
sliced spring onion

Preparation

  1. Fry the chicken thigh meat until crispy in a pan.
  2. Slice the chicken thigh meat and place in a bowl.
  3. Mix the miso ginger with the soy sauce and sesame oil and pour this over the meat.
  4. Cook the udon noodles in plenty of boiling water until al dente.
  5. Fry the portobello whole, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cut the tomato into julienne strips and slice the fried portobello.
  7. Bring the chicken stock together with the dashi to a boil.
  8. Place the thick udon noodles in a bowl along with the tomato, portobello, spring onion, and the marinated chicken thigh meat.
  9. Pour the hot stock into the bowl and serve immediately.
