Bavette chimichurri sandwich

Soft wheat bun in a rustic shape, already pre-sliced and only needs to be thawed.

Ingredients

Rustic hamburger bun
20gFlat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)
1units.itemsShallot (chopped)
2units.itemsGarlic cloves (chopped)
1units.itemsLime (juiced)
1units.itemsRed chili (finely chopped)
100mlOlive oil
Salt
1Oregano

Preparation

  1. Let the bread thaw for about 60 minutes and briefly toast on the barbecue for extra flavor.
  2. We top the bread with grilled bavette and chimichurri. For this, briefly grill the bavette on the barbecue to the desired doneness and then slice it.
  3. Spread with the chimichurri. Make this from flat-leaf parsley, shallot, garlic, lime, red chili, olive oil, oregano, and salt.
