Preparation
- Let the bread thaw for about 60 minutes and briefly toast on the barbecue for extra flavor.
- We top the bread with grilled bavette and chimichurri. For this, briefly grill the bavette on the barbecue to the desired doneness and then slice it.
- Spread with the chimichurri. Make this from flat-leaf parsley, shallot, garlic, lime, red chili, olive oil, oregano, and salt.
