Orange coral

We make this orange coral from the sweet tuille mix, which we dilute with orange juice and spread in the silicone coral mold.

This recipe is part of Plateau de Fruits de desserts. An impressive combination of beautiful desserts and a surprising twist on the classic 'fruits de mer'.

Ingredients

Orange juice
coral silicone mold
Natural food coloring of choice
Sweet tuille mix

Preparation

  1. Prepare the mix according to the instructions on the packaging, but replace the water with orange juice.
  2. Color as desired.
  3. Spread in the mold.
  4. Bake at 140°C to preserve the color.
