Spicy egg

Crunchy, soft-boiled egg in spicy paneer.

Ingredients

Togarashi
Unagi sauce
furikake bonito
garlic croutons
edamame beans

Preparation

  1. Boil the eggs for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Rinse with cold water, peel them, and immediately place them in the unagi sauce (to marinate).
  3. Blend the croutons with some togarashi pepper (to taste) and a little furikake until fine.
  4. Remove the eggs from the unagi sauce, then bread them in flour, beaten egg, and the crouton mixture.
  5. Briefly fry the eggs so they are crispy and just warm.
  6. Serve with a soy dipping sauce, spring onion, sesame, and some warm edamame beans.
