Unagi sauce

Preparation
- Boil the eggs for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Rinse with cold water, peel them, and immediately place them in the unagi sauce (to marinate).
- Blend the croutons with some togarashi pepper (to taste) and a little furikake until fine.
- Remove the eggs from the unagi sauce, then bread them in flour, beaten egg, and the crouton mixture.
- Briefly fry the eggs so they are crispy and just warm.
- Serve with a soy dipping sauce, spring onion, sesame, and some warm edamame beans.
