Spicy Chicken Nugget

Ingredients

whole chicken thigh
Egg white
Pepper and salt
Panko

300mlSaus.Guru Skull HOT Sauce Ultra Hot
4gAgar Agar

Preparation

For the nugget:

  1. Dissolve the agar agar in the sauce.
  2. Heat 300 ml Saus.Guru Ultra Hot with the agar until it comes to a boil.
  3. Put the mixture in a mold. (We used a skull.)
  4. Let it set in the fridge.
  5. Add salt and pepper to the egg white.
  6. Dip the chicken thigh in the egg white.
  7. Then coat the chicken thigh in the panko.
  8. Fry for about 4 minutes at 180°C.
  9. Remove the jelly from the mold and place on the nugget.
  10. Optionally garnish with some cress and extra sauce.
