whole chicken thigh
Egg white
Pepper and salt
Panko
300mlSaus.Guru Skull HOT Sauce Ultra Hot
4gAgar Agar
Preparation
For the nugget:
- Dissolve the agar agar in the sauce.
- Heat 300 ml Saus.Guru Ultra Hot with the agar until it comes to a boil.
- Put the mixture in a mold. (We used a skull.)
- Let it set in the fridge.
- Add salt and pepper to the egg white.
- Dip the chicken thigh in the egg white.
- Then coat the chicken thigh in the panko.
- Fry for about 4 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove the jelly from the mold and place on the nugget.
- Optionally garnish with some cress and extra sauce.
